FACTORY INFRASTRUCHERS

We have a 10,000-square-foot built-in workshop with firm industrial flooring. The workshop is thirty feet tall. Our workshop has produced heat exchangers up to 6 meters long with a 1000 mm shell diameter.

MACHINE SHOP FACILITIES

To achieve the required quality and accuracy, the machine shop is furnished with measuring tools and gauges, including a micrometre, a vernier calliper, a vernier height gauge, a level gauge, and others.

To obtain the required Quality, Power Master brand tube-sheet hole reaming and groove tools are provided, along with two heavy-duty lathe machines and two radial drilling machines. There is a level platform available to guarantee precise dimensions and alignment.

The Power Master Make Tube Expansion system uses a torque controller to make sure that the tubes expand into the tube sheet correctly.

Heat exchangers are hydrostatically tested using a hydro test pump and calibrated pressure gauges.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Welding machines at our fabrication shop are capable of doing ARC, TIG, and MIG welding. The details of the welding machine are as follows:

  • Mig Welding 400 Amps Capacity: 4Nos
  • Tig Welding 300 Amp Capacity: 2 Nos
  • Arc Welding: 5 Nos
  • Automatic PUG Cutting: 1 No.
  • laser cutting – 1No
  • Sheet Bending – 1No

  • Air compressors for Painting
  • Gas cutting machines.

According to the ASME requirements for GTAW/SMAW welding, our welders are qualified.

DESIGN DIVISION

Our design team is made up of skilled Drafts people and design engineers who use the newest technologies and design software. Our designs conform to ASME Code, TEMA Standards, and Good Engineering Practice With the newest design software and technologies, Our design team is made up of seasoned design engineers and draftsmen. According to our designs, Good Engineering Practices, ASME Code, and TEMA Standards In accordance with client needs, we are able to design provider of Auto Cad 2D and 3D Drawings, Mechanical Design, and Thermal Design.
